Carrie took a short break from her corporate career to care for her four young children. It wasn't long into her life at home that Carrie realized she wanted to pursue her love of Real Estate. Carrie received her real estate license in 2009 and earned Rookie of the Year her first year, became a top producing agent in the Fox Valley the year after and never looked back. Carrie built a solid real estate business that topped $15mil in sales one year and expanded into a team.

Emma Villacorte, the Director of Client Services, has proven to be an invaluable asset to the Homes By Sebold team. Initially starting as a licensed assistant, Emma worked with clients to ensure the deal CLOSED! From there, she honed her skills as a buyers' agent, working with first time and move-up buyers. Carrie & Emma work jointly to make sure all of their clients are happy from the first day we meet and for years after. Together we provide resources for home owners to maintain and update their homes, whether it is to buy, improve or sell their homes.

In the community, you will find Carrie volunteering at many Batavia school district functions, serving as a board member in a few organizations as well as sitting on district committees. In addition, Carrie & her husband dedicate time, talent and treasure to some of their favorite charities; Hesed House, Cal’s Angels, TriCity Family Services (where Carrie was a board member for 4 years) and more. Carrie resides in Batavia with her husband Sean, four children and three dogs. When she’s not at one of her kids’ gymnastics meets or band concerts, you can find her on the tennis courts. She just can’t stay away from competition!
