Eddie Landsberg has worn a wide variety of hats each offering unique experiences that he brings to his clients.
He has been a professional musician, small business owner in the US and Japan and is an academic and adult educator holding dual Masters degrees from Rutgers University. While in Japan, Eddie also served as an executive coach teaching presentation and negotiation skills to top level researchers, businesspeople and government officials. Having started his teaching career working with immigrants and refugees in his hometown of Philadelphia, he resumed teaching after returning to the US while at the same time using his business and promotional skills to help one of the oldest Japanese Restaurants in the US get on the digital grid.
His decision to focus on real estate came about as a result of his own struggles to rent properties and sign leases as a person living abroad, then struggling to find places after a 20 year absence from the US. Experiencing the complexity of finding places to live in the US, he made a decision to burn candles at both ends teaching at a non-profit organization part of the day and serving clients as a uniquely empathetic real estate agent the rest.
A protege of two famous Jazz organists (Shirley Scott and Big John Patton), Eddie continues to perform on occasion as well. He lives in Astoria with his wife and poodles. A foodie, shop-a-haulic and Broadway enthusiast, he loves NYC (Queens especially) and is on a mission to help people find ways to make their New York Dreams come true.
