Jack is the chief executive officer of Keller Williams Heritage, a real estate company partnered with over 1200 realtors that produces over $2.5 Billion is sales annually. Prior to taking the role of CEO with Keller Williams Heritage, Jack was first an active and successful real estate agent which created connections and opportunities that lead to the creation of a general counsel position for a collection of Keller Williams offices. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Jack operated Hawthorne Partners, PLLC which was primarily focused on real estate, business, and mediation. Jack was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in east Texas with his younger brother and parents. He is married to his lovely wife Carly and is often ambushed by his two young sons, Henry and Oliver.
