Edith Espinola, leader of the Espinola Real Estate Team with KW Bay Area Estates, is an award winning top producing agent with a track record of success. Edith has been practicing real estate for almost 20 years and is proud to have been associated with Keller Williams the entire time. Over the course of her career she won several awards including KW Rookie of the Year, Top Sales Agent, Top 20% in the office, Top 20% in KW Northern CA and Hawaii Region, Top 5% in Santa Clara County, and the KW Culture Icon several times. She has also mentored new agents and is a member of KW Faculty teaching agents in Los Gatos, San Jose, Carmel and other offices within the KW Northern CA region about real estate and their own individual empowerment. As a past Board Member of the KW Los Gatos Agent Leadership Council she represented and taught the KW Culture and contributed to the professional development strategies of the agents. As the Coach for KW Bay Area Estates in Los Gatos and Coastal Estates in Carmel, she draws on her wealth of knowledge and experience to help elevate and motivate agents to prosper by being successful business owners and better leaders for their team, family and community. Volunteerism and giving back to the community has always been important so for her philanthropic contribution she teaches the inspirational Quantum Leap for Young Adults workshop, which helps 18-24 year-olds bridge the gap between education and adulthood. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, meditation, dancing to the smooth sounds of R&B, and relaxing on her favorite sunny California beach.
