Before going full time into Real Estate, Alex worked in media. He spent a few years doing Sales Promotions for KEGL radio in the DFW area working with many clients to develop revenue producing activities. Alex leveraged a new IVR technology to develop media promotions. After leaving KEGL Alex went to work for the service provider/interactive media agency, the I.T. Network in the late 80’s and early 90’s. The company developed interactive content and advertising for media affiliates such as radio and TV stations, as well as newspapers, Bell companies and third party corporate business sites. Alex continued to work in the media business for many years. After the birth of their third child, Julie and Alex started their Real Estate careers in 2001. Julie wanted to move into a career that provided flexible hours and simply generate some revenue, while helping families make a family move. In 2007, Julie and Alex were asked to invest and become brokerage owners of Keller Williams Central 75 in Plano. They opened with approximately 45 realtors in the brokerage. As brokerage owners in 2010, they decided to open a satellite office in their home town of Murphy, Texas. It has proven to be a beneficial addition to the main Central marketplace, which now houses a combined total of 500+ realtors. In 2009, Alex was recruited to become an Real Estate Asset Manager for Vendor Resource Management working on the Freddie Mac account. In 2012, after selling all the foreclosures in the world at that time for Freddie Mac, Alex came back fulltime to start growing their Real Estate practice. Julie and Alex have been blessed to have wonderful folks working in their group and hope you will choose to work with their them.
