Monica Gibson is a real estate agent who is passionate about helping families and individuals buy and sell their homes. Since 2003, she’s leveraged her background in business and finance to engage in experienced negotiation and pricing strategies to benefit her clients, particularly during tense negotiations or complicated purchases and sales. Monica’s strong work ethic, outstanding listening skills, in depth knowledge of the market, and ultimately, her results—keep her active with returning clients and their referrals (which she loves!) Monica earned her MBA at the University of Chicago, and has a Master in Accounting from the University of Florida. Monica has a young and active family and can often be found at the local soccer field or at the high school enjoying watching her sons' athletic events. For fun, she enjoys, skiing, making craft cocktails, and of course, furniture shopping. Monica and her husband, Mark, dream of becoming boaters or sailors someday.
