I often say that “buying a house is not like buying shoes, a shirt, or a pair of pants. If it were, there would be an awful lot of barefoot, naked people wandering around!” In order to have a successful real estate transaction, a person really needs to have an experienced and enthusiastic advocate on their side to guide them through the entire process. I think that my clients would agree that I am that guy! I am a Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Signature Properties in Norwell and I am proud to be growing my career at this highly professional real estate firm. I find that my business is growing as well, helping people all over the South Shore and beyond with their real estate needs. In the coming year I will be handling properties ranging from Medford to Mashpee.

I make my home right here in Pembroke. In fact, I live in a house that is over 330 years old! I have not been here quite so long but nevertheless I am very involved in the community. I am currently the President of the Pembroke Chamber of Commerce. I also serve on the board of the Pembroke Cultural Council; the Pembroke Historic District Commission and I am the Secretary of the Community Center Task Force. I am very involved with Pembroke Celebrates, and its annual fireworks spectacular.

In 2012, Pembroke celebrated the 300th Anniversary. I was in charge of all of the 300th Anniversary Committee’s public relations. This involved promoting at least one event for each month of that tercentennial year. In addition to press releases for a myriad of events and activities, I wrote a weekly column for the Pembroke Mariner Express. Throughout the yea,r I volunteered for almost all of the 300th events and in doing so, I came to realize what a special place Pembroke is and how fortunate I am to call this place home. I didn’t grow up in Pembroke. In fact I didn’t even grow up in New England. I come from a far-off land called Ohio. I then joined the U.S. Navy which took me from San Diego to Philadelphia. After that I lived in San Francisco for fifteen years running my own greeting card and novelty business. Just prior to relocating to Pembroke I lived in Venice Italy. So it’s fair to say that I’ve been around. But of all the places that I’ve called home, it is the South Shore that has really snagged me.

The other thing that snagged me was real estate! As I enter my second decade in this rewarding career, I learn more and more every day. And there is always something more to learn when it comes to the ever changing world of real estate! Anticipating my client’s needs and understanding what they want is my forte. I find a real satisfaction in doing a great job for my clients, just ask them and they will tell you. Real estate has proven to be the perfect career for me. All my past experiences come into use in service to my clients.
