Arlene is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a past Director for the Pennsylvania Board of Realtors and a two-time past President of the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors. She established her real estate team in 1999 and earned her Associate Brokers License in 2007.

Arlene Quirk graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in management in 1985 (Magna Cum Laude) and then sculpted her people skills in the hospitality industry as a hotel manager for 15 years before becoming a Realtor. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and considers Milford her true home since 1985. Along with her husband, Dean, Arlene lives in Milford and has two children.

Arlene believes in being a leader in her community and strives to create a warm and friendly environment that anyone would want to become a part of. Arlene has been on the board of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and supports her community and all local activities. Arlene has also been a member of the Milford/Matamoras Rotary Club since 2003 working to live out the Rotary Four Way Test:
