The disenfranchising of the real estate agent.

Hiring Mo Anderson, our president and CEO, to run the day-to-day business, giving me the freedom to envision and evaluate new opportunities, continue to develop trend-setting training programs and work with the key people in our company.

Selling a region to the wrong owner for our business model.

Choosing the right business partners as owners and developers of our business model.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing with a specialization in real estate/insurance from Baylor University. Graduated in 1979.

Mowing lawns at age 14.
