KELLER WILLIAMS® Realty Unveils World Class Intranet Solution, Empowering Agents With Strategic Sales, profit Share Info

Keller Williams® Realty, America's eighth largest residential real estate firm with over 12,000 agents coast to coast, today elevated its agents to the status of corporate executives via the deployment of the WebMORE system. WebMORE (Web-based Management Of Real Estate), a new Intranet solution, combines personalized sales data, listing data, and goal management into a powerful reporting and analysis tool that will greatly enhance the ability of Keller Williams agents to set and achieve specific success objectives.

Implemented with the help of the Athens Group, an Austin TX consulting firm (www.athensgroup.com), WebMORE takes Keller Williams' 'partnershipping' philosophy to a new level by providing agents with an enterprise-class software solution. WebMORE puts information in front of agents that might otherwise be kept confidential by other realty companies. "The 'open book' aspect of WebMORE is one more demonstration of our willingness to empower our agents," said Gary Keller, chairman of Keller Williams Realty International. Based upon the business practices taught by the company's world-class training arm, Keller Williams University, WebMORE elevates Keller Williams' practices by enabling its agents to turn raw data into razor sharp, actionable reports. The solution directly coordinates with the Keller Williams University curriculum as well as consulting activity provided by KW team leaders, addressing the needs of mega-agents and novices alike.
