Todd Butzer serves as the vice president of training and marketing and manages all marketing and service activities for Keller Williams Realty including strategies to enhance the company's image, market intelligence, and local marketing activities. He's also taken on the role as lead trainer for Keller Williams University to gather task forces in reviews of KWU course offerings and to establish consistent instructor criteria so that each and every course offered provides a phenomenal learning experience to our agents.
A native of Minnesota , Todd brings more than 20 years of real estate-related marketing experience to Keller Williams Realty. He began his real estate career in1982 working in his father's real estate firm. He began developing and training agents around the country in 1987 and, in 1993, founded ImageWerks, a full-service marketing and design company that conducts national marketing campaigns for regional brokers. A few years thereafter, Todd became a lead instructor with PROSOURCE, one of the leading providers of real estate licensing and continuing education programs in the country. His expertise and facilitation skills have brought him opportunities to work with many high-profile local and national organizations.
