Vice President of Research and Development

Dave Jenks serves as vice president of research and development at Keller Williams Realty. Known around the office as "the numbers man," Dave tracks the growth of Keller Williams Realty across the country. He also provides consulting services to market centers and tracks their profitability and growth. In 2003, with the release of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, co-authored by Gary Keller, chairman of Keller Williams Realty, Dave became a best-selling author. With two more books on the way, Dave is becoming one of the premier trainers in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining the company in 1996, he was president and CEO of Century 21 South Central States based in Dallas, Texas.

Born in Niagara Falls, Dave was raised in western New York.  He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany (now the University at Albany) with a B.S. in math and physics. He later earned his master's degree in educational administration from Colgate University and his doctoral postgraduate studies in educational psychology at Michigan State University.

Dave has been in the real estate industry since 1981, has taught for the Dale Carnegie Institute, and owned his own training company, the Leadership Connection, Inc.

He is a father of three and grandfather of nine. He loves to travel, read (particularly science fiction), and participate in many sports. He is a self-proclaimed "futurist on a free enterprise mission."
