Luxury Homes by Keller Williams builds business

Tricia Fox, a top agent with the Gold Coast market center in Chicago and a new member of the Luxury Homes by Keller Williams program was on her way out of town on a family cruise when the call came in.
One of her high-end clients in the Boston Metro area wanted to work with an agent of Fox's caliber. Fox was able to tap into the network of Keller Williams Luxury Consultants and put the client in touch with Diane Davidson, an associate with the Boston-Metro market center and a fellow member of the Luxury Homes by Keller Williams program. The client was thrilled and Fox was off on her vacation.

New tools for tapping the Foreclosure Market
A market with a high foreclosure rate is a market with a high demand for well-informed real estate professionals.
Agents interested in sharpening their skills in this arena have access to a wide range of new online tools: HotPads.com has released a map-based search of foreclosed properties. The site gives agents a visual representation of areas with high concentrations of foreclosures. Also, the Yahoo Foreclosure Center (http://realestate.yahoo.com/Foreclosures) has online searches of foreclosed properties and news and information relating to foreclosure trends.
