TOP STORY: Best-selling author and marketing guru to take the stage at Family Reunion

Seth Godin to give keynote address in Atlanta

Keller Williams Realty will welcome Seth Godin, author of nine world wide best sellers, including his latest book, The Dip, to Family Reunion 2008.

The Dip focuses on what you can do to power through tough times and low points, and how superstars set themselves apart from the pack by escaping dead ends quickly, while staying focused and motivated when it really counts.

Godin has changed the way people think about marketing, change and work. His books have been translated into more than 20 languages, and his ebooks are among the most popular ever published. He is responsible for many words in the marketer's vocabulary, including permission marketing, ideaviruses, purple cows, the dip and sneezers. His irrepressible speaking style and no-holds-barred blog have helped him create a large following around the world.

Tech Tip of the Week: Your listings in the KWLS and KW.com

On Nov. 1, eAgentC launched the highly anticipated My Listings, My Leads new lead routing system from KW.com. Now, to help you better understand how the system works, we will be answering your most frequently asked questions in THIS WEEK @ kw.

FAQ #1:

Why would my listings show up in the KWLS but not in the IDX property search results on KW.com?

Remember that in order for the listing to be displayed in an IDX property search, it must be an active MLS listing. The listings that come from IDX are directly from the MLS, so if there is a KWLS listing that has not been entered into the MLS yet, or has expired or been removed from the MLS, it will show up in the KWLS but not the IDX search.

If you have a listing that is an active MLS listing that does not show up in an IDX property search, we want to know about this. Email us at kwleadrouting@kw.com.

However, as we have seen within the past few months, sales have slowed, home values are falling and the market has turned.

The question is: What are you going to do about it?

You need the right tools to take on today's market.
