Market Center Leadership Must Read!!!
New awards policies you need to know for this year's awards
Award Pick-Up
This year, market center awards and agent awards WILL NOT be shipped to your market center. All awards will be distributed on-site at Family Reunion during Registration.
Your market center leadership team should develop a plan on who will pick-up the awards and how you will hand the awards out to your agents.
Awards Policy
We have made some changes to our Awards Policy. You can review the entire policy on the KW Intranet, by logging on through KW.com, clicking on the "Resources" tab, "Documents," "Awards Policy."
Here are the highlights:
- Definition of Individuals, Teams, Groups
For awards purposes, Teams are defined as two licensed associates (with a status 'A' production status 'A') and a Group is three or more licensed associates (with a status 'A' production status 'A')
- Adjustment Period for Awards
Every year we allow you to make final adjustments to Teams or Group records for a short period of time to finalize awards. This year, the adjustment period is tentatively scheduled to be open from Monday, Jan. 14, 2008 through Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008.
- Online Covenant
We are excited to have an online awards covenant this year. When you login, you will see a screen titled Awards Covenant. You will have the option to Accept or click on Adjustments in Progress.
- We will award market centers with Highest Gain in Profit Share in all three phases — Launch, Growth and Achievement
- Profit Sharing Market Centers Award and Market Centers in Production Award for GCI and Units will be combined into one physical award and awarded in all three phases — Launch, Growth and Achievement
Should you have any questions about the new Awards Policy, please email awards@kw.com.
