Join the conversation in the KW Distressed Property Community

Do you have experience working with distressed properties? Are you interested in learning from agents who have expertise in the realm of REOs? The KW Distressed Property Community, now on Agent Mountain is a network for information sharing and best practices exchange.

 

In order to post in the forum you must have a minimum of five or more REO or short sale closed transactions (designation to be included on the Greensheet).

Click here and go the the "Results" section to submit confirmation if you have closed five or more distressed properties and  your designation is not indicated on the Greensheet.

Work with your MCA to make sure that any pending or future transactions are designated in the Greensheet as REO or short sale, moving forward, so that you are automatically added.

Be sure to update your profile on the White Pages to include your loss mitigation experience, including:
  • Names of institutions or asset managers with whom you have worked.
  • Designations you’ve earned or organizations you belong to in the distressed property arena
  • Production history
  • Area of specialty
  • Any other information pertinent to receiving distressed property referrals.

Rock n' roll to support KW Cares

Join the party on August 26, 2009, when KW Cares will present Blood Sweat and Tears with Chuck Negron, formerly of Three Dog Night, in concert.

 

Since 1968, Blood Sweat and Tears have toured the world with their unique sound. Over the years, this award-winning band has had many milestones, including: being the first band to tour behind the Iron Curtain, the first band to have

three hit singles from the same record and the

first band to combine rock with jazz.

 

During this special show, Blood Sweat and Tears will be joined by Chuck Negron, who along with his former band Three Dog Night, had an amazing 18 consecutive top-20 hits!

 

This show is a hot ticket – their second public performance at the One World Theatre in Austin, Texas is close to SOLD OUT!
