Recruit Select July 13 - 14: This course will enable market center leaders to implement hiring systems that will ensure that the best and the brightest join Keller Williams Realty.
Train the Trainer I July 13 - 14: Train the Trainer I is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to successfully conduct Keller Williams University courses. The course focuses on presentation skills and course delivery.
Action Training July 15: This course delivers a five-step process for developing an Action Training Plan that is tailored to the needs of your new team member and your Market Center. Learn to use specific tools to teach new team members the skills and knowledge they need for success and hold them accountable for their learning going forward.
Leadership and Motivation July 16: Leave this course with a toolbox full of power tools and techniques you can use to lead your team to the highest levels of success.
Fierce Conversations July 15 - 16: Fierce Conversations is an exclusive program for Keller Williams Associates! This two-day course teaches attendees how to ignite productive dialogue that interrogates reality, provokes learning, resolves tough challenges and enriches relationships.
Team Leader Boot Camp July 13 - 15: The Team Leader Boot Camp focuses on the three Ps of the team leader role: People, Production and Profit. Attendees learn the importance of building relationships and mastering job one – recruiting – through the best practices and scripts from top recruiters in the company.
