Give a year's worth of caring in just 30 days

During the month of July, Mo Anderson is challenging each market center to fulfill their annual KW Cares donation goal in one month during the $3,000 in 30 day drive!

By now, every market center should have received a KW Cares package containing a letter from Mo and a KW Cares sticker. Be sure to stick the sticker on an empty 5-gallon water jug and put it in a common area so that the giving can begin!

The three top-donating market centers during the month of July will be recognized at Mega Camp and receive a KW Cares

T-shirt for each associate. On top of that that, the number one market center will receive a visit from either Mo Anderson, Mark Willis or

Mary Tennant during a monthly sales meeting!

  • Search the entire Twitter-sphere for other real estate agents or individuals looking to buy or sell in your area using http://search.twitter.com/.

 

  • Research shows that close to 10,000 new people join Twitter every day. That is a large audience ready to listen to what YOU have to say. Find people in your area using Twello.

 

  • Find out what’s happening in your local area with Happn.in: Sharing valuable information with your followers will earn you more followers and a greater online presence. Happn.in lets you search local trends so that you can “tweet” on the latest and greatest while building solid relationships.

 

  • Use multimedia tools such as Twitpic to post pictures and video to your Twitter feed.

What does your DISC profile and sales confidence have in common?

Recent research from the Keller Center found that many top sales performers tend to be high DI’s. The DISC focuses on four behavioral dimensions. D: Dominance, I: Influence, S: Steadiness and C: Conscientiousness.

 

Did you know?

  • 65 percent of agents with High D’s are extremely successful.
  • 58 percent of agents with High I’s are extremely successful.
  • 42 percent of agents with High S’s are extremely successful.
  • 28 percent of agents with High C’s are extremely successful.

 

It is important to note that top performers can be found with all types of DISC profiles but some profiles tend to have more selling confidence which directly translates to increased performance.
