Subject:  I Support the Fix Housing First Act

Dear Senator/Representative –

As a member of the real estate community and a full-time real estate professional, I urge you to support the Senate’s version of the current Economic Stimulus Bill. I particularly feel that the provision of the Fix Housing First Act lowering 30-year fixed-rate mortgages to 4-4.5 percent is critical to a turnaround in our economy.

It was the housing crisis that led us into this recession and it is the recovery of the housing market that can lead us out. I hope that you will put your full support behind this measure.
