Vice President of Technology Innovation
Cary Sylvester makes geek look sheik and in the process has turned Keller Williams Realty into a technology company masquerading as a realty company. She is inspired by the opportunities technology offers and is driven to solve the challenges it provides. A digital daydreamer and a powerful planner, Cary is living ahead of the curve.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., Cary was a Texan at heart and moved with her family to Arlington, Texas, at the age of 5. She credits her parents and her godfather for teaching her the value of open-mindedness and how to act as a tool to bring diverse ideas and personalities together for a common goal. The unlimited potential of the real estate industry draws Cary in and the opportunity to help others reach their maximum potential is what drives her. Cary's superpowered ability is combining IT and business know-how into results for Keller Williams associates around the world.
In her role as vice president of technology innovation, Cary leads the technology team's strategic planning, external relations and worldwide initiatives for Keller Williams Realty International. She can often be found sharing her knowledge and vision with the masses as a skilled presenter and training instructor. With positions at Golfsmith, Database Consultants, Inc., Copera and Dell, Cary brings terabytes of database and IT planning experience to the Keller Williams family.
When she is unplugged from the Matrix, Cary can be found at the hockey rink rooting for the Texas Stars or the Dell Diamond rooting for the Round Rock Express with her husband Andy and daughter Barbara. Trading digital for culinary on the weekends, Cary is also known for her mastery of the kitchen. She and her family live in Austin, Texas.
