Craig Tiopan is a commercial Broker, serving all phases of Commercial Sales and Leasing. His areas of specialty include Office, Retail, Multi-family, Mix-use buildings, Land and Business Opportunities. Craig has spent the past 25 years involved in real estate, consulting and financial banking. Prior to becoming a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker and Business Finance Consultant Mr. Tiopan was a Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer responsible for the development and growth of several Commercial Banks and their Business Banking Divisions in the Greater Seattle Puget Sound region. Craig served as a primary financial Relationship Manager for growing commercial real estate portfolios in excess of $100 million dollars.

Craig is an accomplished strategic alliance consultant for local Northwest businesses and investor groups nationwide. As a Business Finance Consultant he provides assistance to investors and businesses in achieving their business and financial goals. He specializes in bank negotiations, business plans, capitalization, funding sources, lending, property acquisition, sales and marketing. Craig also has direct access to Bulk REOs and works directly with compilers at major banks and hedge-funds that are unloading blocks of REOs.

Craig has:
Experience spanning 19 years in the financial sector. He began his financial career in banking as a Personal Banker, and from there progressed to Credit Analyst, to Assistant Vice President of Small Business Banking, and then to Vice President of Commercial Business Banking for the last 12 years of his banking career.

Developed business and personal development financial seminars and curriculums for small businesses, corporations, non-profits, SBA and churches throughout Washington State.

Delivered up to four business oriented presentations per year. Craig speaks and conducts results-oriented local seminars to small and medium-sized companies covering a wide variety of subjects including: Sales; Strategic Planning; Capital Formation; Operational Planning; Customer Service; Goal Achievement; Marketing and Management and Leadership. An inspirational speaker, Craig blends humorous stories with insightful illustrations to make powerful points. Audiences receive key insights and ideas that can be applied in real time to positively affect the bottom line.

Developed relationships with companies in the Northwest region with annual sales ranging from $5 million to $250 million plus.

Been an active board member for local non-profits and charity organizations.

Been an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce.

Been active in Rotary as a Rotarian member.

Craig grew up in the Pacific Northwest and currently resides in the city of Edmonds. He did his undergraduate work at Northwest University, majoring in Business Administration and also holds a specialized finance banking degree from the American Institute of Banking. He is working towards a second business degree in Organizational Management and his CCIM designation.
