Zach Staruch

I was born & raised in Southern Ontario, and like many other Canadian families, we vacationed in South Florida for a few weeks each winter. It didn't take me long to realize that living in a cold climate and vacationing in a warm one was backwards and not the ratio of snow to sun that I needed!

For as long as I can recall, my father was a real estate broker in St. Catharines, Ontario, before eventually relocating to the Sunshine State and my wife's family owns a residential real estate brokerage on the Gulf Coast of Florida......Real Estate literally is my life!

After high school I lived briefly in the United Kingdom before moving to Michigan to attend Northwood University (more snow, ugh!). After receiving a business degree with a dual-major in marketing & management, I moved to Newport Beach, California. While in Southern California I met my wife, Julie (who just happens to be a Florida native) and we decided to move back to Florida to be closer to our families.
