Dr. Stanton has been a real estate broker for more than 32 years, a faith-based leader for more than 20 years, and a real estate instructor for more than seven years, which gives her clients the competitive edge during the negotiation process. An advocate that a clear vision produces comprehensible options that guide value-driven decisions, Dr. Stanton began her real estate career as a part-time appointment setter to supplement her full-time secretarial-stenographer’s income with Southern Bell and quickly moved up in the real estate industry to become a productivity trainer back when interest rates were double digits. She knows what it takes to successfully sell real estate in challenging times, how to do more with less and when constructive chaos can be used to ignite a torch that burns within. Dr. Stanton was named American Business Women’s “Woman of the Year” for the Snapfinger Woods chapter in 1986; Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges in 2002, and named to the Beta Eta Beta Kappa Honor Society that same year. Dr. Stanton averaged more than 100 real estate transactions each year, before becoming a real estate consultant and wants to use that expertise to serve you.
