I was born and raised in Stockton California and attended local schools in the Stockton Unified School District, Delta College and continuing education at National University. I have worked at Walton Development Center with students who have special needs, and also had the opportunity of working for United Parcel Service managing many departments and enjoying teaching in the Human Resource Department. I valued this experience as it taught me the importance of team work and seeing how a class can achieve working toward a common goal. I have been married for 32 years to my wife Tonda, who is also my best friend. Both my son and daughter have returned to Stockton having attained their Masters at University of the Pacific. This has strengthened our family interest in the success of the City of Stockton. My #1 hobby is coaching football at St. Mary's High School. I believe that my professional success in real estate rests in my knowledge of the San Joaquin Valley and desire to help others obtain their goals through working as a team.
