Barbara was born and raised in New York. She live in Rockland County New York until she moved to South Florida with her family. After high school Barbara went to Miami Dade College and studied Emergency Medicine to become a paramedic. She then went to school to become a firefighter. In 1990 she went to work for Delray Fire Department and then finished her career working to serve the residents of Oakland Park Florida. When Barbara finished that career she saw the devastation in the housing market. She saw so many people losing their homes and she knew she had to do something to help these. Barbara took many classes trying to learn what to do. In February 2009 She took the CDPE class to become certified in helping people that have fallen behind on their mortgage payments. That certification is known as CDPE (certified distressed property expert). Since Barbara received that designation there was no stopping her. She talked to everyone she could about how she could help those in need.
Barbara is still much involved in helping people who need her help via CDPE but she is very happy to say that most of her clients now are selling their house because they want to and not because they have to. Barbara is just as attentive to her clients now as she ever was. Because of her caring and attentive ways she has grown her business to where she can not handle everything on her own. Barbara has a team of great people that are dedicated to one on one customer service. Our goal is to get you to your goal. We would love to show you just how well we take you from thinking about selling your home to negotiating an offer and then to the closing table.
