We’re looking for a strong, talented, motivated, team player and quick learner to run the front desk and assist the staff in a fast paced, yet fun environment! Must be able to work well with limited supervision and instruction. Must have excellent organizational abilities, comfortable with change, ability to keep calm under pressure and have high level of consideration of others.
Job includes: Answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness, properly routing phone calls, greet everyone with a smile-be positive and cheerful, upkeep of office and supplies, maintain copier and computers, assist agents with office equipment as needed and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel, understand Network System and Software, up to date with Social Media and knowledge of programs such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others, Receive and sort mail and deliveries, maintain appearance of reception area and market center

Computer skills a must, experience working with multi-line phone system required. Experience in a real estate office a PLUS! Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred.
