Agent Service Coordinator

Keller Williams Pasadena Market Center is currently looking for talent that is interested in a growth opportunity of a lifetime. This person must work well in a fast paced environment and be customer service oriented. KW Pasadena currently has over 160 agents and is growing rapidly. Our Agent Service Coordinator is responsible for retaining and engaging the agents in our brokerage. This person will facilitate new agent intake, orientation and help agents acclimate to the KW systems and tools. Connecting agents to the tools and resources that Keller Williams offers is critical to our agents success. The Agent Service Coordinator will also be responsible for teaching, acknowledging accomplishments, supporting the staff and keeping the energy in the office positive and ALIVE! The candidate must have a deep urge to help others - it should be part of your DNA! The ideal candidate will possess the following behavioral traits: proactively handle challenging people and/or situations, comfort following the lead of others, be able to multi-task and is comfortable with change, have a high level of empathy and consideration of others, establish/nurture personal relationships, and keep calm under pressure. A Real Estate License would be ideal, but not required. This person should also be skilled in Microsoft Office including Publisher and Excel, well organized, calm under pressure, and have marketing experience. Social Media Disciplines Required: Accountability, Time Management, Detail Oriented, Professional Demeanor, Takes Initiative, Resourceful, and has a Creative Mind.
