Director of First Impressions

Keller Williams Huntington Beach is looking for a talented, motivated, team player and quick learner to run the front desk and assist the MCA. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision and instructions, must have good organizational abilities and be able to multi-task and is comfortable with change, keeps calm under pressure and has high level of empathy and consideration of others. Job includes: Answering multiple phone lines Upkeep of Office and Supplies Maintain Copier and Computers Assisting Agents as needed Job Requirements and skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be Computer Proficient in Microsoft Office; including publisher and Excel Understand Network System and Software Up to date with Social Media and knowledge of Programs such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter Disciplines Required: Accountability Time Management Detail Oriented Professional Demeanor Takes Initiative Resourceful Creative Minded Please Submit resume to
