Keller Williams Realty, Houston Memorial is a thriving market center of 300 agents in a beautiful new facility. This full-time, salaried position provides support to market center agents and the leadership team. The Agent Services Coordinator facilitates in-processing of new agents, and helps agents become acclimated to KW systems and tools through delivery of formal orientation sessions. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, coordination of the market center training calendar, organization of market center events, management of office website leads, data entry and various reporting functions.
The Agent Services Coordinator is the first line of communication for agents of the market center, and must be able to switch from one task to another with ease. A willingness to drop everything and cheerfully meet the needs of the person in front of you is essential to succeed in the position.
Applicants must have a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor and an enthusiasm for delivering customer service at a high level. Strong verbal and written communication skills, great organizational skills, and the
ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects are essential to the position. Candidates must be comfortable with technology, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
