Financial - Market Center Administrator (MCA) Bay Area Office

Keller Williams San Carlos is looking for a dynamic individual to join our new real estate office as Market Center Administrator. 1) Do you possess demonstrated bookkeeping and accounting experience; 2) Are you up-to-date on technology; 3) Are you a leader and a strong communicator? If so, we want to hear from you. The Market Center Administrator is responsible for accounting and financial record keeping, overseeing the administrative systems/operations of the office, including staff and facilities. Accounting functions include AP, AR, PR, GL/bank reconciliations and month-end closing. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated team player with effective communication skills and an extraordinary ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. For consideration, please submit your letter of interest with ?MCA? in the subject line along with your resume and salary history.
