Agent Services Coordinator/Marketing & Technology Specialist

KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY BOSTON - METRO is looking for talent to join our world-class staff of 5 serving 140 of Greater Boston's best REALTORs at the end of this summer Position: Agent Services Coordinator/Marketing & Technology Specialist Job Description: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our associates for all questions regarding the implementation of Keller Williams Realty's systems, tools & technology and will provide solutions to resolve all issues. You will provide support to the Keller Williams Realty Boston Operations Manager in processing transactions in times of high volume. Additional responsibilities include production of templated print marketing pieces and occasional custom graphic design work. Personality: You will proactively handle challenging people/situations, and be accommodating with a supportive attitude. You will have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and comfort with routine. You must be relaxed, steady, and work with a methodical pace. You must have the ability to work with facts and technical information, have a strong attention to detail, be cooperative, and work "by the book." You must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities. ? Computer input ? Assist the MCA with bookkeeping (A/R and A/P) ? Purchasing (supplies and equipment) ? Inventory and control of Market Center training and marketing materials including signs, riders, training books and DVDs. ? Assist with coordination of training and market center events. This includes ongoing classes, follow up from International and Regional events, KW Cares fundraisers, sales meetings and market center picnics and events, serving as a consistent contact point regardless of primary coordinator. ? Immediate supervision of Call Coordinators. ? Order office supplies. ? Coordination of office tours. ? Develop or update and copy-edit training and career development resources from other market centers, insuring TL has all materials needed to best perform their responsibilities. ? Daily Correspondence with agent population via email. ? Schedule, promote, and implement quarterly Ignite training schedule, new to KW agent orientation. ? Maintain MC intranet and calendars. ? Transfer of producing agents and signing of launch agents to MC including all paperwork, assistance with initial set up with systems and technology, orientation, and Board Transfers. ? Send email to agents upon signing inviting them to intranet, be available for any questions or need for orientation that may follow. ? Issue Press Releases for new to KW agents and for Market Center. ? Design and implement all processes as they relate to signing launch agents and transferring existing agents, follow through up to and including exit strategy.
