Director of First Impressions

Administrative Assistant/Call Coordinator

Keller Williams Coppell is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Call Coordinator to support our quickly growing office.  This person is the first point of contact for our agents, vendors, and customers.  Provide support to our agents, office staff, and Team Leader.  Create marketing materials, assist with training calendars, social media campaigns, event planning, as well as answer phones at the front desk.


Primary Objectives

  • Create/design marketing materials for recruiting and retention
    • Social Media Ads, Flyers, Direct Mailing Cards
  • Create monthly newsletters and training schedules
  • Event planning for office meetings
  • Answer front desk phones, forward agent faxes, and greet all visitors
  • Assist office staff, Team Leader, and agents in any way necessary

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Social Media Proficient
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Real Estate (preferred but not necessary)

Compensation

  • Monday thru Friday 9am –1pm
  • $12 Hourly
