Agent Services Coordinator and Receptionist

Keller Williams Realty in Los Gatos is seeking an Agent Services/Receptionist staff member to support our 40 agents and growing Real Estate Company. 
This person is the first point of contact for our agents and customers and will provide support, training and services to all real estate agents as well as answering incoming calls, maintaining office facilities, office communications, office technology systems, special events, office meetings and support to upper management.  
Required skills:
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Social Media)
- top level customer service
- thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment
- very resourceful and can adapt to fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- strong training skills
- positive attitude
- professional Appearance
Full time position with Benefits.  M-F, 8:30 to 5:30pm
