Call Coordinator (Part Time)

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist/Call Coordinator who can bring their high-energy and professional appearance to serve as the face of the market center for visitors, agents, and staff members.  Job duties include: answer and coordinate all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, perform a broad range of duties to support agents, leadership and staff, including clerical/administrative tasks, sort mail/faxes & data entry, and assist in maintaining the general appearance of the office.  The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, the ability to cultivate positive relationships, exceptional customer service standards, technological savvy, and be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.  There is a great possibility of this turning into a full time position in the near future if the potential candidate meets the criteria!
