Market Center Administrator

 Keller Williams Realty Santa Monica & Pacific Palisades is looking for a dynamic Market Center Administrator to join our growing real estate office.
The Market Center Administrator is responsible for
  All accounting and financial record keeping
  Overseeing the administrative operations of the market center, including support staff and facilities maintenance.
  Accounting functions include AP, AR, PR, GL/bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
  Weekly and monthly reports
  Closing out the previous month every first 3 business days of the month.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced,  self-motivated team player with leadership ability, a strong accounting/bookkeeping background, excellent computer skills, effective communication abilities, and an extraordinary ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Real Estate knowledgee is a plus.
