Keller Williams Realty Santa Monica & Pacific Palisades is looking for a dynamic Market Center Administrator to join our growing real estate office.
The Market Center Administrator is responsible for
All accounting and financial record keeping
Overseeing the administrative operations of the market center, including support staff and facilities maintenance.
Accounting functions include AP, AR, PR, GL/bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
Weekly and monthly reports
Closing out the previous month every first 3 business days of the month.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated team player with leadership ability, a strong accounting/bookkeeping background, excellent computer skills, effective communication abilities, and an extraordinary ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Real Estate knowledgee is a plus.
