Agent Services/ Receptionist

Agent Services Coordinator/Receptionist position available with our high energy Keller Williams Realty office in Los Gatos, Ca

Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm

Key accountabilities:
- all Front Desk operations - open and closing responsibilties
- answer phones and routing calls
- receive and distribute incoming faxes, mail, packages
- first point of contact for our agents and visitors to our office
- order supplies
- data entry
- maintain office appearance
- technology implementation
- maintain/troubleshoot office equipment (printers, copiers, fax)
- maintain office and Department of Real Estate roster
- maintain conference room schedule
- assist in real estate agent intake process
- assist real estate agents and team as needed

Required skills:
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- computer literate (outlook, word, excel, publisher)
- top level customer service
- thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment
- positive attitude
