Director of First Impressions position available with our high energy Keller Williams Realty office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Monday - Friday
8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- all Front Desk operations - open and closing responsibilities
- answer phones and routing calls
- receive and distribute incoming faxes, mail, packages
- first point of contact for our agents and visitors to our office
- keep office and kitchen stocked with supplies
- data entry
- maintain office appearance
- technology implementation
- maintain/troubleshoot office equipment (printers, copiers, fax)
- maintain conference room schedule
- schedule showing appointments for agents
- assist real estate agents and team as needed
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- computer literate (outlook, word, excel, publisher and power point)
- top level customer service
- thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment
- positive attitude
Real Estate knowledge is a must!
