Administrative Assistant for Busy Real Estate Office (Middletown RI)

Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our busy Real Estate office. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, assisting agents, scheduling appointments, preparing marketing materials and coordinating meetings and events.

Must have good work ethics and a strong attention to detail. Customer service experience preferred. Must be well versed with Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel), and Social Media networking.
