We are looking for an energetic, personable and organized person to be part of our front desk reception. Our real estate office is the largest in the Portland Metro area and our company is the largest in the country. This person’s responsibilities will include: assisting clients that call in, creating great “first impressions" for those clients and agents in the office, assisting the market center leadership with various projects and tasks, being a first contact for the operational needs of our associates. Skills necessary include: proven quality customer service, phone etiquette, computer abilities including skills using MS Word, Publisher and Excel, organizational abilities, people friendly and energetic. We are located in Southwest Portland.
