Job Responsibilities: The Call Coordinator is responsible for setting the tone of the office. This person must always present a professional and pleasant face and manner to the public, the agents, and the staff. Project cheerful and positive demeanor on the phone and in person. Our agents are our "customers". . . treat them with respect and kindness. Job Duties: Answer Phones with a Cheerful Attitude Greet every customer and client and make an unforgettable First Impression. Interact with staff, associates and vendors Manage and Maintain all computers in the office Ensure professional appearances of all physical facilities Update information when new Agents come on board Update PowerPoint, send out Week At A Glance and other office procedures Hot sheets (PowerPoint and Hallway Boards) KW and e-Edge Websites Lead Power Hour Maintain Facebook account Maintain all paperwork (Listings, Pending and Closed) Skills/Qualifications: Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Team Building, Organization, Handles Pressure, Supply Management, Time Management, Able to Learn New Things, TECH Knowledge
