Director of Agent Services
The role of the Director of Agent Services is that of a customer service specialist and the customer is our real estate agents! The DAS will assist the Market Center Administrator (Office Manager) and Team Leader (CEO) in all aspects of serving the needs of the agents. Experience in Keller WIlliams culture, technology and systems is a definite plus. Training new agents in our systems and helping them become proficient in the tools developed by KW to succeed in their business are critical to success in this position. Assisting the MCA in reports, transaction set up and closings, some receptionist duties and agent retention are required.
The ideal candidate will have Keller Williams experience in eEdge, eAgentC and Dotloop. Will possess great customer service skills and patience. The individual must also have the ability to juggle several things at once and possess an internal drive to accomplish tasks.
