KW Roseville is seeking a strong Assistant Team Leader
Keller Williams Realty Roseville, is actively seeking an Assistant Team Leader for our fast paced, growth oriented office. This market center has finished #1 in Profit and Profit share twice, finished in the Top 5 or higher in Closed units, sales volume, etc. We currently have over 400 associates and are aiming for 600 by 2014!
The ideal candidate will be someone that enjoys building and maintaining quality relationships, gets energy from surrounding themselves with people and has the ability to close recruiting candidates. The main responsibilities of the role will be to recruit new associates to the market center by holding 6-8 appointments per week, assist with delivering world class trainings and team meetings, and to be another leader in the office executing on our touch systems to assist in retention.
KW Roseville has a strong culture and is known as the dominant player in our area (closing 4,150 transactions in 2012 while our closest competitor closed 750). This could be the ideal opportunity to be a part of an amazing team and to grow within the Keller Williams organization.
