Director of First Impressions (Westlake Village CA)

We're looking for a bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure and who enjoys the phones. This person must be able to juggle many responsibilities at once, possess superb customer service skills and is able to learn/apply new and ever-changing technology. The ideal candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude, as well as be a self-starter and a servant leader with a passion to help others. This person should be well versed in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook, with the ability to pick up new computer programs easily.

Real Estate office environment experience is preferred but not necessary.

• We need someone who is currently using social media (facebook, twitter, YouTube etc.) and an Internet research expert
• Able to navigate/troubleshoot the latest technology tools and office machines (pda's, projectors, copy machines, computers, etc.).
• Implement, and manage all systems for agents, Team Leader, staff and Market Center
• Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
• Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
• Be the first point of contact for our Agents and all visitors to the Market Center
• Agent, vendor and staff customer relations
