Independent Transaction Coordinator
We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Independent Transaction Coordinator for one of the largest Real Estate Offices in Whittier. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is energetic, reliable, and punctual! You must be a self starter who can multitask, problem solve, communicate regularly with the agents and complete the agent?s files prior to the closing. A successful candidate will possess the following: Residential and real estate TC experience 1-2 years experience a plus An understanding of the Real Estate transaction process from beginning to end (Zipforms/ Escrow/Title/Docusign) Computer literate/tech savvy Attention to details and deadlines Above average computer skills (Zipforms/Docusign/Word/Excel/Outlook) Have the initiative to learn our in-house software Excellent work ethic; dedicated to exceptional customer service Professional written and verbal skills Licensed agent a plus $325.00. per closed file; office space and copies included.
