Keller Williams in Evergreen/Conifer Colorado is in search of an energetic, strong Team Leader to continue building our office and developing our talented brokers. The office is located in the Denver foothills and has great culture with a fun group of brokers focused on production. Low expenses and 15 cappers have this office in a consistent pattern of profitability even with a low agent count currently. Recruitment will be the number one focus for the Team Leader supported by an awesome staff, strong ALC, highly supportive OP/Investor group and a great foundation already in place to build a powerhouse office.
