Independent Transaction Coordinator

Experienced Independent Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (TC)/ – North San Diego County

We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Independent Transaction Coordinator for one of the largest Real Estate Offices in San Diego County. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is energetic, reliable, and punctual! You must be a self starter who can multitask, problem solve, communicate regularly with the agents and complete the agent’s files prior to the closing. Notary and escrow knowledge would a plus!

 A successful candidate will possess the following:

Residential and commercial real estate TC experience
4-5 years experience a plus
An understanding of the Real Estate transaction process from beginning to end (Zipforms/ Escrow/Title/Relay/Docusign)
Computer literate/tech savvy
Attention to details and deadlines
Above average computer skills (Zipforms/Relay/Docusign/Word/Excel/Outlook)
Have the initiative to learn our in-house software
Excellent work ethic; dedicated to exceptional customer service (Our Agents are our customers)
Professional written and verbal skills
Licensed agent/notary a plus
Knowledge of Escrow a plus

$260 per closed file; office space and copies included.
