What will you do?
KW Commercial is seeking an individual to lead its agent services. The primary function for the position is to create and execute systems that 1) allow real estate agents the ability to quickly start a career in CRE and 2) provide support for existing CRE agents while transferring their business into KW Commercial. The agent services manager will work daily with agents and leadership in the field to learn the KWC systems, tools, and network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Refine process for assisting CRE agents transitioning into KWC
b. Connect the network of agents across the US and Canada
c. Train agents on KWC platform via webinar
d. Create training deliverables for agents to use
e. Answer technical issues and new member inquiries
f. Consult with market center leadership to ensure understanding of KWC value proposition
g. Assist with development and staffing of live national events
h. Assist with communications that are sent to the team
i. Make edits to commercial intranet
a. Possess a 4 year degree
b. Excellent public speaker
c. Must be technology savvy
d. Must be willing to travel as needed
e. Must be results oriented
f. Must be optimistic and persuasive
g. Must be fast-paced and like variety
h. Must understand the big picture, but be detail oriented
