Grow the office by attracting top agents to join our Keller Williams family
Encourage and inspire agents to work at a higher level to improve their real estate business
Promote a learning-based environment by directing training for agents at all levels of experience
Manage Market Center staff, encouraging teamwork to best serve the agents
Lead effective meetings, teach classes and make presentations
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in the real estate industry
