Keller Williams Studio City is looking for a motivated, team player to fill the role of Transaction Coordinator.
A Transaction Coordinator is the person responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process through interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, customers, vendors, title and escrow, attorneys, and lenders. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the escrow closing process and completing all tasks assigned during the normal transaction process of the Agent. The TC will often perform administrative and clerical duties, including setting home inspection appointments and assisting agents in communications. TCs are responsible for ensuring all documents are signed and uploaded into our paperless system, Transaction Point, this ensures agents are paid on time and their files are complete.
