Team Leader, Florida East Coast
We are looking for a talented leader to take over the TL role in a Market Center on the Atlantic Coast of Florida. The office is located an hour east of Orlando in Melbourne. The territory also covers parts of Cocoa, Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone that wants a chance to establish themselves as a results-oriented leader within KW while living the Florida lifestyle.
This market center changed ownership last year after a period of management turmoil. The new OP and investors operate several other successful KW offices in Florida. Our real estate market is recovering and we have added solid producers to our roster. We have stabilized operations and are well on our way to more consistent profitability. We will be moving to a new location (TBD) within the next 18 months. The clear issue for the MC is growth in producing agent count. A future equity opportunity may be available for the right person with the right results.
